We’re founded by three partners – Elias, Michael and Shaun – and we’ve been in business collectively for 50 years.
We’ve started businesses, run them, scaled them successfully and handled everything in between.
We know what Aussie businesses need when it comes to building a team, while keeping your $ and bottom-line in mind.
We found that one of the best ways to grow and scale is with the help of talented individuals that don’t break the bank, and found that one of the best ways to do this is by effectively by engaging offshore talent, specifically from the Philippines.
So, we came up with a solution, process and pool of talent that we can draw upon and put in place for you and your business, sourcing and placing individuals that become part of your Aussie team.
